Founder, Happy Sober Whole
Change doesn’t require a label - it requires support
You may already know this in your body.
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’ve felt it for a while:
Alcohol isn’t really helping anymore.
Maybe it once felt like relief - a way to unwind, quiet your mind, or take the edge off.
But now it feels different.
Heavier. Duller.
Like something that costs more than it gives.
I want you to know this first:
That’s not a personal failure.
It’s information.
Happy Sober Whole was created for women who recognize that something needs to change - not because life is falling apart, but because they’re ready to move forward with more clarity.
You don’t need a dramatic rock bottom.
You don’t need a lifelong promise.
You don’t need to take on a label that doesn’t feel like you.
You need a clear, supportive way to make change that fits your real life.
My role is to help you understand what’s happening, regain self-trust, and build systems that support this phase of life - at your pace, without pressure or judgment.
Happy Sober Whole exists to offer calm, grounded support for women who are ready to take the next honest step - thoughtfully.
A Different Way to Change Your Relationship With Alcohol
Most recovery spaces are built around crisis, labels, and lifelong identification with a problem.
For many women, those spaces are lifesaving and deeply necessary.
Happy Sober Whole exists for a different moment.
This work is for women whose lives are functioning - but no longer aligned.
Women who are capable, thoughtful, and self-aware.
Women who don’t need to be told they’re broken - but do need better support systems.
Here, alcohol is not treated as a moral failure or a permanent identity.
It’s understood as something that once served a purpose - and no longer does.
This work is designed for women who want change without losing themselves.
What Makes This Different
✔ Strength-based, not shame-based
✔ Education-driven, not rule-driven
✔ Supportive, not prescriptive
✔ Focused on building systems - not enforcing willpower
If traditional recovery language doesn’t resonate with you, that doesn’t mean you’re in denial.
It means you’re paying attention to what actually helps you change.
You get to decide how alcohol fits - or doesn’t - in your life.
And you get support that respects your autonomy.
Change doesn’t require lifelong struggle.
It requires understanding, structure, and choice.
These are your transformation years - whether you choose it or not.
Your body, priorities, and tolerance for compromise are changing.
You can let this phase reshape you quietly - or you can step in and design what comes next.
This work is about choosing the second path.
This Is For You If:
Happy Sober Whole is designed for women who:
are 40+ (or in a similar life phase) and noticing alcohol affects them differently than it used to
feel mentally “done” negotiating with drinking, even if nothing looks wrong from the outside
don’t identify with labels like “alcoholic” but still want meaningful change
are self-aware and tired of white-knuckling solutions
want structured, thoughtful support instead of meetings or mandates
believe change should feel empowering, not diminishing
want to build a life that no longer relies on numbing to cope
You may drink daily, occasionally, or “normally.”
What matters isn’t how much - it’s whether something no longer feels aligned.
This May Not Be the Right Fit If:
This space may not be the best support if:
you’ve been diagnosed with severe Alcohol Use Disorder and require medical supervision to stop drinking safely
you experience intense or dangerous withdrawal symptoms
you want daily monitoring, check-ins, or crisis-level accountability
you prefer group-based recovery or 12-step frameworks
These supports are valid, important, and lifesaving for many people.
Choosing that level of care is a sign of strength not failure.
Happy Sober Whole is for women who want to change with clarity, not crisis.
For many women in midlife, alcohol is the first system that needs attention. Because once it stabilizes, everything else becomes easier to change.
How We Work Together
Personalized Strategy Intensive
A private, focused process to design your sobriety strategy around your real life.
We look at:
• your current patterns
• what’s driving the habit
• where friction shows up
• what actually needs to change
You leave with:
• a clear decision
• a structured 30–60 day plan
• specific systems to reduce willpower battles
• next steps that fit your capacity
This is where clarity replaces overthinking.
Private Coaching
For women who want support implementing and refining their strategy.
Together we:
• troubleshoot friction in real time
• adjust systems as life shifts
• strengthen identity beyond alcohol
• build consistency without intensity
This is structured coaching - not venting sessions and not endless dependency.
The goal: you build stability, not reliance.
