Hello, I ‘m Asta

I help women build a sober life that feels steady, realistic, and genuinely theirs.

Happy Sober Whole is for women who already know alcohol isn’t helping - but also know that forcing themselves into someone else’s version of sobriety doesn’t work.

I’m not here to tell you who to be, label you, or ask you to join anything that feels heavy or overwhelming.
I’m here to help you create a life where sobriety actually fits - your energy, your schedule, your personality, your season of life.

My Story

I truly believed I was stuck between two miserable options: with alcohol and hangovers - or without it, white-knuckling forever.

For a long time, I believed I was the problem.

Every time I tried to quit drinking, I ended up in the same exhausting cycle:
I would stop.
I would crave the relief alcohol used to give me.
I would hate that craving and assume it meant something was wrong with me.
I’d start thinking my life would always feel flat, tense, or joyless without it.
Eventually, I’d drink again.
Then I’d feel ashamed - and promise myself I’d quit for real next time.

Over and over.

Quietly, this cycle wore me down.
Not just physically - but emotionally and mentally.

I truly believed I was stuck between two miserable options:
a life with alcohol and constant hangovers,
or a life without it - spent white-knuckling forever.

What changed — and why this work exists

Everything changed when I learned something simple, but radical:

The problem wasn’t me.
The problem was alcohol - and how completely normalized it is.

Alcohol is a drug.
It affects the brain exactly the way it’s designed to.
Cravings, obsession, relief-seeking - those aren’t character flaws.
They’re biology.

Once I understood that, the shame started to loosen its grip.

Instead of fighting myself, I started paying attention.
Instead of forcing sobriety, I started building systems that actually supported me.
Instead of trying to “fix” myself, I learned how to care for myself.

That’s when sobriety stopped feeling like deprivation- and started feeling like relief.

So many women are stuck in that same loop, silently blaming themselves.

They don’t need more discipline.
They don’t need to try harder.
They don’t need to believe their life will always feel smaller without alcohol.

They need the truth.
They need self-trust.
They need a way forward that doesn’t involve punishment or pressure.

That’s why I do this work - to help women step out of that cycle and build lives they actually want to live.
